2008 Congress Dinner Raffle - Rules and
Disclosure Statements
1. Each ticket will cost $5.00. More than one person may share in the raffle
ticket purchase.
2. There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased by a
person or entity. No more than 2,000 tickets will be sold. The Executives of
Adisadel Old Boys Association (AOBA) in North America are not eligible to win.
3. Individual purchasers of raffle tickets must be 18 years of age or older.
4. Each numbered Raffle ticket stub will be placed in the Raffle ticket
container.
5. AOBA Executives shall appoint a single individual who will be responsible
for maintaining control and security of all of the Raffle ticket stubs. Such
individual shall, by public certification under oath at the time of the drawing,
certify that all Raffle tickets purchased have their stub in the container of
stubs where the winning Raffle ticket will be drawn.
6. The public drawing will be held at the AOBA dinner dance location on
Saturday, May 24, 2008. Drawing time will be on or about 11:30 pm.
7. You may attend the drawing. However, you need not be present to win. The
results of the raffle will be posted on this website (www.adisadelonline.com)
for public view
8. Winners will be notified by phone and certified mail.
9. The Raffle Winner must claim prize within one (1) month of the Raffle
drawing date or there will be a forfeiture of the prizes.
10. The Raffle winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
11. This is not a tax deductible contribution.
