The Adisadel Old Boys Association needs volunteers for the various committees
to serve our Alma mater and also the Santaclausian family in North America.
There is much work to be done and a lot of fun to be had in this labor of love
and we do hope this invitation will touch you sufficiently to join up. The
committees are listed below and the tenure of the committee members are spelt
out in the AOBA Constitution. Please read through the objectives of each
committee and select which of them that you will like to offer your services,

Educational Committee
To promote activity that enhances the academic performance of the school
Advisory – Teacher performance measurement, student performance
measurement, instruction delivery, faculty management (instructional support),
school administration, teacher workshops etc.
Liaison with other educational institutions and foundations in USA to
solicit support in the form of collaborations, research programs, exchange
programs etc
Fundraising Committee
Develop a fundraising strategy to be implemented by the Old Boys
Association based on Goals set for the School
Organize fundraising activity for the school through chapters and year
groups
Prepare proposals for grants from the Corporate sector
Manage fundraising membership database records
Use the Adisadel Foundation as the vehicle for mobilizing funds
Information Technology Committee
The committee will assist the School to develop an IT strategic plan
Promote the use of technology in the School for:
Curriculum instruction – to enrich and enhance learning experience of
students, and faculty members through the use of computer based teaching
aids e.g. electronic library, CD-ROMS, internet IT Education (NB: outside
GES syllabus, e.g. Microsoft accredited courses)
Administration – management information systems e.g. student databases,
accounting, asset management, capital project and donor accounting etc.
Alumni Affairs / Communications Committee
This committee will be the clearing house - coordinating all alumni
activity, meetings, events, family occasions, birthdays, out-doorings, parties
etc
Promote networking on professional basis – mentoring programs for “new
arrivals”, job search, house search, college selection, business networking,
implement SCAN – Santaclausian Career Assistance Network
